DVD Darling guarantees satisfaction with our product: If there is a problem with your order, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If redesign or correction is required due to an error on your order form or an error not originating with DVD Darling, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the replacement DVDs.
DVD Darling makes every effort to maintain the highest level of quality in our work. On the rare occasion you discover a problem with your DVD (e.g., spelling error, photo out of order, etc.), we will work with you to correct the issue. If you discover a problem with your order, you should contact us within 10 business days, and we will make every reasonable effort to solve the issue. If we are unable to do so, we will refund your money. Please do not return an order without contacting us first and receiving a return authorization.
